What we do

SustainabilityWorks (SW) provides consulting, coaching, tools and training to companies and organizations, giving them confidence and foresight to initiate and complete sustainability metrics, planning, performance management and reporting projects.

SustainabilityWorks consultants listen and create highly effective performance management frameworks to meet the evolving needs of your organization. We integrate traditional business tools and accounting systems with scorecards, dashboards and a more progressive, “value for values” approach.

We help develop the Corporate Responsibility strategy to fit with core business activities, mission and values, working within the principles of zero waste (at all levels) and the Triple Bottom Line. In some organizations, this will be linked to Business Intelligence systems and function as a strategic management and decision-making toolset.
