Autonomy, mastery, and purpose in the workplace are increasingly the motivators that drive employee productivity and creativity– the engine of our economy. In this brownbag session we’ll explore why pay-for-performance incentives aren’t working anymore, and how to cultivate motivation based on autonomy, mastery, and purpose in the workplace. We’ll also look at the notion of “workplace citizenship” as a platform to promote a culture of belonging and purpose at work.

For those of us who have felt the NextSpace Effect, the theme could be stated as “Can the NextSpace Effect be cultivated in all organizations everywhere?”
